The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases: - Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract/pre-contractual measures) - Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligation) - Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and economical operation of the platform) - Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) - § 26 BDSG (data processing in the context of application procedures)

7. Application and messaging function

  1. VetUno provides an internal application and messaging function.
  2. Application data is transmitted to the respective employer. The employer processes this data under its own responsibility for data protection.
  3. The provider is not responsible for the further processing of the application data by the employer.

8. Disclosure of data

  1. Personal data will only be disclosed:
  • to employers or skilled workers within the scope of the platform functions,
  • to technical service providers as processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR,
  • to authorities, if there is a legal obligation to do so.

9. Google Analytics

  1. VetUno uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited.
  2. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze the use of the platform.
  3. The IP address is anonymized.
  4. Use takes place exclusively after prior consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

10. Data transfer to third countries

When using Google Analytics, personal data may be transferred to the USA.

The transfer is based on EU standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

11. Storage period

  1. Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes.
  2. Application data will be deleted after completion of the application process, unless consent has been given for longer storage or there are legal obligations.
